Fishing on The Severn.

A peaceful Sunday morning spent on the banks of the River Severn with Sam. This was more of a scope-out trip, as we have only just joined the BAA, but Sam had the chance to cast out a few flies. No catches but was great to spend some time out in the sticks, I always feels so rested near water.

This was a beautiful stretch near Montgomery, just inside the Welsh border, we caught glimpse of salmon leaping further upstream.
